We aim to despatch within 7 working days from receipt of order and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is despatched.

UK Orders - despatched FREE of charge
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr in a letterbox friendly size envelope. Please allow 3-4 days for delivery.

Worldwide Orders - charged at £10.00 (per order) to cover P&P and insurance
All worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail International with tracking. Your tracking number is shown on the confirmation email we send when your order is despatched.

I haven't Received my Order Yet
For UK orders we ask you to wait 10 working days before contacting us. If an item goes lost or missing, we will replace it free of charge.

Deliveries to the USA and EU countries normally take from 5 to 14 working days. Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand and Japan can take up to 3 weeks.
